Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center in Leander, TX is seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and satisfaction.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service skills; one year of residential leasing experience is preferred, along with familiarity with leasing software and Microsoft

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Ensure model apartments are in touring condition and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records of traffic activity.
• Assist with clerical duties and planning resident activities to boost retention.
