University Partners is a leading student housing provider seeking a Leasing Consultant to support leasing, marketing, and resident relations in Alabama communities. You will deliver exceptional customer service, conduct tours, process applications, and maintain accurate lease records.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales skills are required.

• Basic math skills including rent calculations and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospects, guests, and vendors.
• Lease apartments in alignment with occupancy and revenue goals.
• Follow Fair Housing standards in all interactions.
• Conduct tours and present community features and amenities.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts.
• Review applications including income, credit, and background screening.
• Prepare and maintain lease files and required documentation.
• Verify apartment readiness prior to move-in.
• Support lease renewal and retention efforts.
• Track leads and follow-ups in property management systems.
• Respond to calls, emails, and resident communication professionally.
• Assist with work order entry and maintenance communication.
• Support move-in processes including documentation and system setup.
• Maintain leasing office, model units, and amenity presentation.
• Maintain knowledge of market competitors, pricing, and concessions.
• Understand lease terms, unit specifications, availability, and policies.
