Job summary

Bryten is seeking a energized Leasing Consultant to welcome prospective residents and manage the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. You will lead tours, process applications, renewals, and maintain accurate records while delivering superior customer service.

Work on-site in Jacksonville, FL, with emphasis on occupancy goals, marketing support, and compliance with Fair Housing and company policies. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents, and guests in person, by phone, and via email.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Support resident retention through excellent customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files, records, and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high standards of appearance.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
