Qualifications

• Previous leasing or related field experience preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close leases.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, current residents and guests in person, by phone, and via electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities.
• Assist prospects through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in.
• Process rental applications, lease renewals, and related documentation accurately.
• Respond to resident questions, concerns, and service requests in a timely manner.
• Support retention efforts through exceptional customer service and community engagement.
• Maintain organized resident files and leasing documentation.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure high appearance standards.
• Assist with marketing initiatives to support occupancy goals.
