You will engage prospects, applicants, and residents to find their best home and guide them through applications, leasing, move-ins, renewals, or move-outs with a strong focus on service excellence.

The role emphasizes marketing, sales support, and daily guest interactions, requiring a high school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience; hospitality or property management experience preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to all community inquiries with professional, friendly service.
• Deliver high resident experience and satisfaction through proactive interactions.
• Assist with marketing to attract prospects and convert them to residents.
• Guide residents through application, leasing, move-in, renewal, and move-out processes.
• Conduct property showings, pre-inspections, and maintain model units and amenities.
• Coordinate Lifeworks events and assist with resident engagement.
