Job summary

Avanath Capital Management, LLC invites a Leasing Specialist to join our property team in Glendale, AZ. You will drive leasing, marketing and positive resident relations, using strong customer service and sales skills to grow occupancy and satisfaction.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in sales or customer relations, English/Spanish bilingual ability, and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. A fast-paced environment with flexible hours is expected as part of community operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset with a passion for helping residents.
• 2+ years of sales or customer relations experience.
• Experience with low-income housing and tax credits desired.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly desired.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Solid Windows computer skills (Word, Excel) and email.
• Working knowledge of Yardi Voyager PM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer service and close sales.
• Greet and qualify all prospects and record visits.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing rules.
• Ensure apartments are market-ready and ready for move‑in date.
• Maintain accurate lease records and follow up on renewals.
• Assist in administrative tasks and policy implementation.
