You will manage inquiries, coordinate showings, and support Lifeworks events, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and accurate information on policies and procedures across the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Preference for property management or hospitality experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to community inquiries with exceptional service.
• Enhance resident experience through professional interactions and maximum satisfaction.
• Assist with leasing processes, moves, renewals, and move-outs as needed.
• Engage prospects and residents, promoting community features and events.
• Maintain knowledge of lease policies and company software usage.
