Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
• Experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Multifamily housing experience and knowledge of Fair Housing preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Yardi, RealPage, Knock preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents in person, by phone, or electronically.
• Conduct tours, identify needs, and communicate features and benefits.
• Process applications, screenings, lease documents, and follow policies.
• Coordinate move-ins, renewals, and resident events to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain leasing activity records in the CRM and support marketing efforts.
