Job summary

CAF Management LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to be the face of our communities in Dallas. You will greet prospective residents, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish, maintaining accurate records in Entrata and supporting marketing and resident events.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales-driven goals, and teamwork with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction and seamless move-ins.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Availability to work Saturdays (closed on Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule.
• Comfortable working with leasing goals and sales metrics.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and urgency.
• Guide applicants through the leasing process from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records in Entrata (or similar software).
• Assist with marketing efforts, outreach, and resident events.
• Support move-ins, lease renewals, and resident communication.
• Collaborate with maintenance and management teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
• Stay current on market trends, pricing, and availability.
