Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant for Integra Vistas in Hixson, TN to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies, ensuring residents feel welcome and supported.

You will handle tours, applications, screenings, move-ins, lease renewals, and coordinate with maintenance to keep apartments ready for occupancy. Strong customer service and organization are essential in a competitive environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and customer service mindset.
• Strong computer technology skills with MS Office Suite.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.
• A positive, motivating, and team-oriented attitude.
• A desire to excel in a highly competitive environment.

Responsabilités

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, show apartments, process applications, and perform background checks.
• Prepare lease and move-in package for smooth occupancy.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and coordinate maintenance.
• Track occupancy and leasing activities using property management software.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Respond promptly to resident concerns and questions and resolve issues.
