Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Hendersonville, TN to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy while delivering outstanding customer service. You will greet prospects, prepare lease paperwork, process applications, and assist in renewals, contributing to resident satisfaction and community performance.

Ideal candidates will have strong English communication, customer service experience, and a willingness to obtain Fair Housing certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to obtain before interacting with prospective residents.
• Two years of experience in customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Assist in renewals and follow up on renewal notices.
