Avana Overlook in Antioch, TN is seeking a Leasing Professional to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewals for a 452-unit garden community. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, run credit/background checks, prepare lease packets, and ensure a smooth move-in.

You will monitor market conditions, craft marketing plans, use OneSite/Yardi to track data, and follow up with residents to secure renewals. Weekend availability and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours and show apartments.
• Process applications, run credit and background checks, and prepare leases.
• Develop and execute marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects to convert to leases and renewals.

Responsabilités

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package, and ensuring a smooth resident move-in and lease signing.
• Inspects apartments prior to move-in and coordinates maintenance requests to ensure move-in readiness.
• Develops marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
