Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue at our Georgia properties.

You will manage tours, applications, screenings, and move-in activities, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and renewal outcomes. The role requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and ability to work with Yardi and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and customer service mindset required.
• Strong computer skills; MS Office familiarity.
• Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, and performing credit/background checks.
• Prepares lease and move-in packages to ensure smooth tenancy.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates with maintenance on turnkey readiness.
• Keeps informed about market conditions affecting occupancy and sales; adjusts plans accordingly.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy and adheres to policies on concessions and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability, traffic, and data.
• Responds promptly to resident concerns and issues.
