Job summary

Capital Square Living is seeking a Living Consultant to be the primary contact for prospective residents, guiding them through tours, applications, and lease signings. You will coordinate marketing and renewal strategies to drive occupancy and revenue while ensuring resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, and basic computer literacy. On-site work with opportunities to grow in a competitive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Leasing experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a customer service mindset are essential.
• Strong computer skills with basic MS Office knowledge are required.
• Yardi/Yardi Voyager experience is a plus.
• A valid driver’s license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads sales and leasing activities to meet revenue and occupancy goals, greets prospects, conducts tours, processes applications, and performs credit and background checks.
• Prepares lease and move-in package and ensures a smooth move-in and signing.
• Inspects apartments before move-in and coordinates any needed items with maintenance.
• Monitors market conditions and competitor activity affecting occupancy and sales.
• Develops and implements marketing plans to sustain occupancy and follows policies on concessions and programs.
• Uses on-site property management software to track availability and manage data.
