Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Chattanooga, TN who uses strong customer service to connect with prospective residents and identify needs to secure leases.

You will communicate effectively through all steps, build lasting relationships, and coordinate activities while handling office tasks with attention to detail. A flexible schedule including weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; weekend availability.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Generate interest by highlighting features and benefits of the community.
• Communicate with potential residents at all steps to secure leases.
• Serve as a resource for residents and help resolve issues.
• Build lasting relationships to retain residents.
• Perform office administrative tasks with attention to detail.
• Coordinate and plan resident activities.
