Valiant Residential in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, retention, and occupancy with a strong customer service focus. You’ll greet prospects, prepare leases, process applications, and coordinate with the Community Manager to maintain market-ready units.

You’ll represent the community professionally, support renewals, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, bilingual English/Spanish helpful, and Fair Housing compliance are valued.

Formación

• Experience in working with the public or sales.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Fair Housing Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns.
• Proactive and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Two years of customer service experience.

Responsabilidades

• Greet prospects and qualify by criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures.
• Update availability reports and process applications.
• Assist in monitoring renewals.
• Represent the company professionally.
• Input lease information into Yardi.
• Support management with additional tasks.
• Implement community policies.
