Valiant Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing, retention, and occupancy for the community with a focus on resident satisfaction. Create a lasting impression on visitors, prospects, and residents through outstanding customer service.

The role emphasizes welcoming prospects, handling applications, and coordinating with the Community Manager to maintain market-ready units and accurate occupancy data.

Qualifications

• Experience in working with the public and/or sales is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify by covering all criteria.
• Prepare move-in packages and lease paperwork.
• Record visits on reports and maintain guest cards.
• Inspect models and communicate service needs to Community Manager.
• Process applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing.
