Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage leasing activities, tours, applications, and move-ins at a multifamily community. You will drive occupancy and revenue by executing marketing plans and fostering resident satisfaction throughout the lease term.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, the ability to qualify prospects, and coordination with maintenance for move-in readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet, qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and prepare leases.
• Schedule move-ins, ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Develop and implement short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to finalize leasing decisions.
