New Earth Residential is seeking a personable, detail-oriented leasing professional to support leasing efforts, build relationships with prospective and current residents, and contribute to a welcoming, well-managed community.

Your day-to-day will include responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, guiding applicants through the process, and coordinating with management and maintenance to ensure outstanding service and a positive living experience.

Formación

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide solutions-oriented service.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software; familiarity with property management systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a schedule including some weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents by phone, email, and in person.
• Conduct property tours and present available apartments, features, and lease terms.
• Guide prospective residents through the application, screening, and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, resident information, and leases.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and occupancy goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and assist with questions.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach tracking and promotions.
• Assist with resident retention, renewals, and community engagement.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive living experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold community standards.
