New Earth Residential LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a personable leasing professional to support leasing efforts and deliver responsive service to current and prospective residents.

You will conduct tours, process applications, maintain records, and collaborate with management and maintenance to create a welcoming community. Flexible scheduling including some weekends is expected; training and benefits are provided based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport, listen actively, and provide solutions-oriented service.
• Comfort with fast-paced environment and multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computers and standard office software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability for flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents by phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct property tours and present available apartment homes, community features, and lease terms.
• Guide prospective residents through the application, screening, and leasing process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, resident information, and lease documentation.
• Follow up with prospects to encourage conversions and support occupancy goals.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents and assist with questions or concerns.
• Support marketing efforts, including outreach tracking and promotional activities.
• Assist with resident retention initiatives, renewals, and community engagement efforts.
• Work with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive living experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold community standards.
