NEW Earth Residential LLC is seeking a friendly Leasing Consultant to showcase our apartments and amenities to prospective residents, guiding tours and answering questions.

The role involves coordinating tours, processing applications, collecting rent, and supporting community operations under the Community Manager. Strong communication, organization, and reliability are essential, with a commitment to excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior sales or leasing experience encouraged.
• Strong communication and customer service skills expected.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident inquiries and conduct tours of apartments.
• Leverage ongoing leasing training and meet leasing objectives.
• Assist with applications, lease compliance and rent collections as needed.
• Perform additional tasks to support community operations.
