NEW EARTH RESIDENTIAL LLC is seeking a personable, detail-oriented leasing professional to support leasing efforts and build strong relationships with residents in Albuquerque. You will conduct property tours, guide applicants through the leasing process, and maintain accurate records to help achieve occupancy goals.

Qualificações

• Experience in leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; flexible schedule including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries from prospective residents by phone, email, and in person promptly.
• Conduct property tours and clearly present available apartment homes and lease terms.
• Guide applicants through the application, screening, and leasing process.
• Maintain records of leads, applications, and lease documentation.
• Support occupancy goals through timely follow-ups with prospects.
• Provide outstanding customer service to current residents and address questions.
• Assist with marketing outreach and promotional activities.
• Contribute to resident retention and community engagement.
• Collaborate with management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive living experience.
• Maintain professional appearance and uphold community standards.
