Job summary

North Shore Gardens is seeking a Resident Services Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at the apartment community. You will support the Property Manager, handle rent collection, leasing assistance, and office administration to keep occupancy high and residents happy.

You will work closely with the on-site team to create a welcoming community, manage inquiries, coordinate events, and ensure accurate ledgers and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in residential property management or related customer service.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and landlord-tenant regulations.
• Experience with rent collection, accounts receivable, or basic bookkeeping.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at the leasing office and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Manage resident relations, respond to inquiries, and maintain a welcoming community.
• Handle rent collection, delinquency management, and budget tracking as part of financial duties.
• Coordinate leasing processes, applications, screenings, and renewals; maintain leases and notices.
• Schedule and execute resident events and newsletters; monitor social media and online reputation.
