Continental is hiring for an Onsite Leasing Agent at Springs at Colonial, Cordova, TN. You will drive leasing from inquiry to move-in, respond to prospects, conduct tours, and coordinate seamless move-ins while leveraging marketing and events to hit occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment leasing experience with resident relations and property finances.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Comfortable touring the community up to 8 hours, climbing stairs, and using standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in, responding to inquiries and conducting tours.
• Coordinate seamless move-ins while leveraging marketing, events, and technology to hit occupancy goals.
• Manage follow-ups, move-in/move-out inspections, and lease renewals with compliance to Fair Housing.
