Continental Properties is seeking a motivated Service Supervisor for Springs at Lake Elmo, MN. This role leads the maintenance team, oversees day-to-day operations, and ensures exceptional resident service.

You will diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliances, while maintaining curb appeal and safety, and coordinating with vendors on budgets. The position requires 2+ years in multifamily supervision, EPA and CPO certifications, and flexibility for overtime and non-traditional

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA and CPO certifications required.
• Willingness to overtime, on-call, and non-traditional schedules when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional resident experience with courteous, professional service.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Maintain property appearance and safety: grounds, snow removal, painting, trash.
• Utilize software/apps to manage work orders and track tasks daily.
• Lead the team and vendor partnerships, monitor budgets, train staff.
• Own the physical and financial success of the community.
