Job summary

Cambio Communities seeks a seasoned Property Manager to run daily operations of a multi-family community in Illinois. You will lead resident relations, leasing, and budget performance, while ensuring compliance and exceptional service.

The role requires after-hours availability, strong leadership, and a track record in sales, leasing, and operational excellence. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Experience creating and analyzing budgets, P&Ls, and financial reports.
• Marketing, sales, and leasing experience.
• Strong management and operational skills including customer service and public relations.
• Must be available after hours for residents and community needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with Yardi, Rent Manager, Back Office, and Manage America.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and staff management.
• Manage and increase occupancy through home sales, leasing, and site leasing; actively market the community.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and long-term budgets; meet or exceed revenue, expense, sales, and leasing goals.
• Complete monthly Profit and Loss variance reports.
• Manage third-party vendors and develop local marketing strategies.
• Oversee all aspects of the home rental program and ensure maintenance of community facilities.
