Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager + Sales & Leasing to lead day-to-day operations at our Lansing, MI property. You will drive occupancy, deliver exceptional resident service, and coordinate leasing efforts.

This role requires after-hours availability, budgeting, reporting, vendor relations, and collaboration with the onsite team while upholding our EPIC values.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Five+ years of property management experience.
• Experience creating and analyzing budgets and financial reports.
• Strong marketing, sales and leasing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to be available for residents after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day community operations and staff.
• Drive occupancy through multiple leasing channels and marketing.
• Prepare monthly and annual budgets; meet revenue and leasing targets.
• Produce monthly P&L variance reports.
• Manage third-party vendors and vendor relationships.
