Job summary

Cambio Communities is seeking a Property Manager to lead daily operations at the community, drive sales and leasing success, and deliver exceptional resident service. You will optimize occupancy, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relations, while upholding EPIC values and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of property management experience, strong budget and reporting skills, and proven marketing, sales, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Budgets, P&L, and financial reporting experience.
• Marketing, sales, and leasing experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community including customer service, resident relations, vendor relations, rent collections, and staff management.
• Increase occupancy through home sales, leasing, site leasing, and active marketing.
• Prepare monthly, annual, and long-term budgets; meet revenue, expense, sales, and leasing targets.
• Complete monthly Profit and Loss variance reports and financial analyses.
• Manage all third-party vendors and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop market-based marketing strategies and manage the home rental program.
• Maintain community appearance and infrastructure to company standards.
