Job summary

Cambio Property Management, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support operations and sales at the community with a strong focus on resident satisfaction and retention. You will assist in lease processing, coordinate communications, and help market the property while ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends and teamwork with the operations staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Property management office experience preferred.
• Two+ years administrative experience.
• Excellent communication skills including writing and verbal.
• MS Office and software applications including Yardi, Rent Manager, Back Office, and Manage America preferred.
• Must maintain an active and valid driver license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute resident and community communications including reminders, notices, and renewals.
• Support the Community Manager and increase occupancy through leasing and marketing.
• Maintain vendor/contractor communications for scheduling and certifications.
• Assist in developing local market marketing strategies.
• Maintain community appearance and ensure timely repairs and inspections.
• Comply with local regulations and company policies.
• Address resident concerns and provide timely responses.
• Forecast and report occupancy, sales, etc.
• Attend virtual meetings via Microsoft Teams.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and non-business hours as needed.
• Assist in lease transactions and orientation for new residents.
