Job summary

UniLodge Living Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator - Reservations to join our team in Australia. You will manage front desk functions, assist residents, and support leasing and property management, ensuring a high standard of service and a positive resident experience.

You will collaborate with maintenance, security, and other teams, maintaining occupancy targets and delivering a seamless check-in/out process. This role emphasizes customer care and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid working rights for Australia and New Zealand.
• National Police Check.
• Working with Children Check (ACT).

Responsibilities

• Operate the day to day front desk reception with focus on resident experience.
• Assist residents with enquiries related to residency and wellbeing.
• Complete check-in and check-out process for residents at tenancy start/end.
• Assist with leasing and ongoing property management of rooms/units/apartments.
• Conduct room shows to prospective tenants.
• Liaise with property services (maintenance, cleaners, contractors, security) for smooth service.
• Work to achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy figures.
• Proactively manage carpark accounts and arrears.
