Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and working within an office environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming calls and direct inquiries.
• Greet visitors and residents warmly and guide them appropriately.
• Support Office Manager with required administrative tasks.
• Assist with resident maintenance requests.
• Manage transportation schedule and related logistics.
• Maintain stock of brochures, welcome packets, and materials.
