Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a fast-paced residential community.
• Knowledge of effective marketing, sales and closing techniques.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations of the residential community.
• Support leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Demonstrate initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pickup.
• Help enforce community policies to maintain a safe, pleasant environment.
• Assist with rent collection, account management, and issuance of 5-day notices.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
• Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and related regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager and VP of Operations.
