Job summary

TLC Management LLC is seeking an Assistant Residential Community Manager in St. Charles, IL to support daily operations, leasing, resident relations, and maintenance coordination.

The role involves assisting the Community Manager and coordinating with teams to ensure a welcoming, well-maintained living environment. The position offers a competitive pay range and includes commissions, quarterly bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of experience in a fast-paced residential community.
• Strong knowledge of marketing, sales, and closing techniques.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.
• Availability to work Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Support leasing activities, including showing units, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
• Demonstrated initiative, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident inquiries and concerns.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, including furniture delivery and pick up.
• Help enforce community policies and procedures to maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
• Assist with rent collection, account management, and the issuance of 5-day notices.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed.
• Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
• Comply with Fair Housing laws and related regulations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Community Manager and the VP of Operations
