Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, manage leases and renewals, and promote resident satisfaction on-site. You will handle rent collections, evictions when needed, and maintain strong community visibility through effective communication and social media.

The role requires at least one year in customer service or apartment leasing and a background in accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or apartment leasing.
• Background in accounting with customer service preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and lead management software.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards and assist with applications.
• Process applications, credit checks, and history verification for approval.
• Show apartments and prepare move-ins with paperwork.
• Manage renewals, notices, and move-outs per lease terms.
• Oversee rental collections and enforce lease agreements.
• Respond promptly to complaints and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Follow eviction procedures when necessary and coordinate with legal processes.
• Conduct market research and assist with outreach marketing for the property.
• Maintain social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
