Job summary

RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to greet prospects, process applications, and manage leases at an on-site property. You will handle renewals, rent collections, and evictions while promoting resident satisfaction through clear communication.

The role requires one year of customer service or leasing experience, proficiency with MS Office and property management software, and a commitment to Fair Housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or leasing.
• Proficient with MS Office and property management software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and assist with applications and deposits.
• Process applications including credit checks and history verification.
• Show apartments and close sales; prepare for move-ins.
• Manage lease renewals and notices; handle move-outs per terms.
• Perform rent collections and evictions as needed for compliance.
• Promote resident satisfaction and respond to requests promptly.
• Maintain social media presence to boost property visibility.
• Complete leases and move-in/move-out paperwork as required.
