Job summary

Live Bryten is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Farmhouse on Estrella in Goodyear, AZ. You will support the Community Manager in daily property operations, leasing, and resident relations.

You will handle rent collections, applications, maintenance coordination, and leasing processes, ensuring Fair Housing compliance and accurate records. This on-site role requires strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential leasing or property management experience preferred
• Experience managing rent collections and payments preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office; property management software experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist daily operations and overall performance of the community
• Manage resident accounts, rent collections, delinquency follow-up, and notices
• Support leasing, occupancy, and resident retention goals with outstanding service
• Process applications, conduct screenings, and assist prospective residents
• Coordinate with maintenance for service requests and apartment turns
• Respond to resident concerns and requests promptly
• Maintain resident files and financial records
• Assist with lease renewals, move-ins/outs, and communications
• Support marketing, resident engagement, and occupancy initiatives
• Ensure Fair Housing compliance and company policies
• Assist Community Manager with financial reporting and performance monitoring
