Live Bryten is seeking a Community Manager to professionally lead the property team in daily operations and drive an engaging, inclusive community. You will manage budgets, rent collections, and tenant communications while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

You will coordinate schedules, coach staff, and coordinate maintenance with vendors. The role requires strong leadership, exceptional customer service, and multistate experience as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of multi-family leasing management experience.
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Professionally manage and lead the property team in daily operations.
• Establish maintenance and team schedules, holding each accountable for performance.
• Effectively coach the team to create an inclusive workplace.
• Manage budget, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices; utilize software for accuracy.
• Review applications, background and credit checks ensuring procedures are followed.
• Admin tasks such as file audits and tax filings.
• Prepare client reports for Asset Director meetings.
• Communicate variances, concerns, and impacts in property operations.
