Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. The role requires regular on-site presence, showing properties, and signing leases while delivering exceptional service to applicants and residents.

You will handle leasing paperwork, walk units, assist with audits, and contribute to retention programs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, along with knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with on-site software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance and property tours.
• Process leasing paperwork and turn units.
• Address resident concerns and assist retention programs.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond within 24 hours.
• Support annual marketing plan outreach.
