Job summary

First Realty Management Corp. is seeking a Leasing Consultant/Management Assistant in Roslindale, MA. This full-time role supports leasing activities, resident relations, and site operations, reporting to the Property Manager.

The ideal candidate will provide superior customer service, manage move-ins, rent processes, and coordinate with maintenance and residents. Proficiency with Word/Excel and knowledge of Entrata or RealPage are a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent resident relations, customer service, and telephone skills.
• General Office Skills and strong written/verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for site staff and residents.
• Assist with move-ins, keys, and materials needed for rentals.
• Handle telephone reception, work orders, filing, and correspondence.
• Coordinate rental activities and address residents' concerns.
• Maintain resident files and prepare rent receivables reports.
• Schedule services and inspections; communicate with residents.
