Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to join our people-first team in Georgia. You will lead the leasing and resident experience efforts, driving performance, closing deals, and delivering exceptional service to future and current residents.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable customer service experience.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales and resident experience team to drive property success.
• Maintain professional, friendly leasing office atmosphere for prospective residents.
• Conduct tours and showings; ensure models look their best.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Contribute ideas to marketing property and improving resident satisfaction.
• Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team members.
