Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead the leasing team and drive strong resident experience at our properties in Texas. You will engage with prospective residents, conduct tours, and help market a welcoming, high-performance community.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in customer service, excel at closing deals, and communicate clearly in English while maintaining a professional, energetic presence on-site.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding English.
• Energetic, personable and energetic team player.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing process and drive a closing ratio of the target set by the Property Manager.
• Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office.
• Conduct tours of model units and showcase property features.
• Support marketing efforts and improve resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents.
• Maintain accurate resident communications and administrative tasks.
