Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments in Round Rock, TX is seeking a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant to lead a leasing team and drive property performance.

You will be a people-loving, energetic part of our high-performing team, blending sales focus with excellent resident service to create memorable experiences. A couple of years in customer service and strong English skills are expected.

Qualifications

• At least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Proficient in writing, speaking and understanding the English language.
• Must be able to seal the deal with a 20% closing ratio or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead the leasing team to drive property success.
• Maintain a professional and friendly leasing office environment.
• Keep aware of local market conditions and trends.
• Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing and resident satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents and team members.
• Maintain professional resident communications and attention to detail.
