Job summary

The Boyd Companies, Inc. in Richmond, VA is seeking a Resident Relations & Leasing Specialist to guide prospective residents through the leasing process and deliver excellent customer service to current residents, focusing on communications, renewals, and overall experience.

The role is full-time, non-exempt with Mon–Fri 9:00–6:00 and rotating Saturdays. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, organized, able to qualify prospects, conduct tours, explain terms, and maintain compliant, accurate

Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily housing, leasing, or property management preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Proficient with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for current residents.
• Respond to inquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with maintenance to resolve issues.
• Coordinate renewals and lease expirations.
• Greet and qualify prospective residents and conduct tours.
• Explain lease terms, amenities, and pricing.
