Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication.
• Conduct community tours and present apartment homes and amenities.
• Process rental applications and assist with applicant screening procedures.
• Prepare lease agreements, renewals, addendums, and other resident-related documents.
• Maintain knowledge of current rental rates, floor plans, promotions, and market conditions.
• Assist with move-ins/outs and lease renewals; respond to inquiries professionally.
