• Lease apartments at the highest effective rent level while maintaining customer service.

• Enter resident data according to company policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a renewal program.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-ins.
• Show available units and model to visitors.
• Support coordination of community events.
