Job summary

The Dinerstein Companies is seeking a friendly, customer-service oriented Community Assistant to support leasing efforts on-site in Tempe. You will manage inquiries, conduct tours, and guide prospects through applications while maintaining organized lease files and reporting metrics.

As part of the on-site management team, you will foster positive resident relationships, handle resident requests, assist in events, and respond to after-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Managing all leasing inquiries, conducting tours, following up, and assisting prospects with the application process.
• Ensuring lease files are accurate, complete, and organized.
• Reporting traffic, applications, and lease number variances to the team.
• Ensuring daily tasks and follow-ups are completed and documented.
• Maintaining a high energy and professional demeanor.
• Providing excellent customer service to residents, parents, and prospects.
• Managing resident requests, concerns, and complaints promptly.
• Assisting in planning and executing community events.
• Handling after-hours emergency calls as needed.
• Participating in seasonal events and quarterly unit inspections.
• Answering questions about lease terms, charges, and violations.
• Online coursework on fair housing, customer service, and company policies.
• Following up on surveys to ensure high service levels.
• Regular audits of lease files, resident ledgers, and property reports.
• Participation in daily lead traffic and leasing reports.
