Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required
• Effectively show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour community, and sign a lease.
• Conducts all leasing activities to close sales; make appointments and follow up.
• Completes all leasing paperwork before move-in
• Assist with lease audits and turnover processes
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours
• Support marketing strategies to increase traffic and hit leasing goals
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Handle resident concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Contribute to resident retention programs and events
• Support in maintaining office and common areas cleanliness
• Assist in annual marketing plan outreach
• Monitor market conditions and competition through surveys
