Decron Properties Corp. is seeking a Leasing Professional for a full-time, on-site role at a Tempe residential community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, and clearly explain lease terms, pricing, and community features. You will respond to inquiries, assist with applications, and ensure accurate lease documentation to support smooth move-ins.

The position emphasizes resident retention through proactive communication and collaboration with onsite teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Competenze

• Experience in leases and lease administration, including applications and documents.
• Strong resident-facing skills and focus on retention.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with residents and teammates.
• Prior work in property management or multifamily real estate preferred.
• Ability to work on-site including weekends/evenings.
• Familiar with CRM, property management software, and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; related field education a plus.
