Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily property operations and leasing at our Georgia community. You will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure resident satisfaction, retention, and achievement of financial goals.

Responsibilities include leasing support, resident relations, and financial administration, contributing to the overall success of the property and a positive resident experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of multi-family property management or leasing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily property operations and leasing activities at the community.
• Assist with rent collection, delinquency management, and financial reporting.
• Conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-ins/outs.
• Provide resident relations and respond to questions in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure units turn quickly and curb appeal stays high.
