Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support daily operations at the assigned community and work closely with the Community Manager to ensure efficient property management, resident satisfaction and retention, and achievement of financial and operational goals.

The role includes leasing, resident relations, and financial administration, with responsibilities such as touring prospective residents, processing applications, coordinating move-ins, renewals, and contributing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of Multi-Family Property Management or Leasing experience.
• Proficiency in Property Management Software (Entrata preferred).
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of the assigned community and assist the Community Manager in achieving financial and operational goals.
• Assist with leasing, resident relations, and financial administration; conduct tours with prospective residents and process applications.
• Coordinate move-in dates and renewals, and help plan monthly/quarterly marketing activity.
• Provide best-in-class customer service to current and prospective residents and respond to questions promptly.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely work orders and unit turnovers.
